Universidad de Antioquia. Facultad de Ingeniería, Resumen: The study of the remaking osseous whit an application to the case of a complete dental prosthesis implant fixed " All on Four " is important because we want to propose a new remaking anisotropic model, that consist in admit the evolution of the bone¿s properties between two extreme conditions: The cortical bone and the cancellous bone. The measure parameter is the osseous density, and the evolution is ruled by energetic stimulus. The study of the remaking osseous develops interest because is considerate like a good way for predict the behavior of the bone after the implantation procedure and also is practical and secure. This study it¿s continuing the analysis that was made the last year about the occlusion of the same kind of prosthesis and it¿s going to do an more detailed the study of the remaking osseous process, and for this was necessary to design a routine using the FORTRAN¿s programming language, that contains the rema King osseous laws information that rules the phenomenon in the interface bone-implant of the " all on four " system. This routine has been carried to the simulation program ABAQUS where there is a jaw design whit the implants and the muscles involved in the mandibular movement and proved under simulated physiologic conditions.
